David Goodman – Director of Engineering
David is a hands-on IT professional with over 20 years of experience, 16 of which are specific to information security. Extensive, executive level and down, customer facing outside sales, design and deployment experience. Highly evolved presentation and interpersonal skills. A team leader with strong analytical, management, organization and communication skills. Strong industry and practical knowledge in a wide variety of information security technologies.
Sam Goodman – Director of Sales
Sam is responsible for sales, sales operations, and customer satisfaction. He has over 20 years of sales and customer relations experience in the IT industry working in all aspects of the channel including distribution; VAR’s and direct software vendors. Prior to co-founding G2, Sam held numerous management positions at several companies including Wolters Kluwer Health, AVG Technologies, Nuance Communications and PC Connection. Sam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Management from Northeastern University.
Ben Stern – Senior Solution Architect
Ben’s role at G2 comprises both design and architecture level configuration elements. He specializes in code development for API level customization of the interface between security solutions. Prior to working for G2, he was a configuration consultant at Management Concepts. Ben holds a BS in Physics and a BS in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and has six years of programming experience.
Brian Gagnon – National Sales Manager
Brian is responsible for direct sales and working with our technology partners to co-sell and increase awareness of G2’s capabilities. He has over 25 years of sales, business development, product, and operations experience. Prior to G2, Brian held numerous sales and operations positions at several companies including TripAdvisor, GSN Games, Monster.com, and New York Times Digital. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Northeastern University.
Lisa Stern – Director of Marketing and Communications
Lisa is responsible for the implementation of G2’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. She consults on the development of support materials and services and assures consistent communication of image and appearance of all print and electronic collateral. With over 30 years of experience, Lisa has managed marketing programs for small businesses, non-profits, corporations, and international organizations in diverse fields including nuclear technology, energy, health, finance, law, and the U.S. military. She holds a BS in Psychology from Tufts University and an MBA in Marketing from American University.
